POC is Seeing Red “Fish”

If you haven’t been to Port O’ Connor lately you are going to be pleasantly surprised how this community has banded together to bounce back after Hurricane Harvey.  All of our Tigrett Vacation Rental properties are back up to par, and storm debris in the bay is virtually nonexistent.  Our shrimping fleet is back at work and there’s plenty of bait at all of the boat ramps which are 100% in operation.

I personally have had a hand full of guided trips over the past 2 weeks due to the fact that people cannot get down here due to destruction in their areas.  I will tell you that we are ready and recovered to help you put your friends or customers on some fish of a lifetime.  The bay seems rejuvenated and the fish are hungry.  The trips I have had have enjoyed full limits of red fish and near limits of speckled trout along with a handful of black drum.

We hope that you are able to recover quickly and get back down to the end of the road to make those memories of a lifetime.  We are enjoying lighter crowds on the bay and its like we are back to being the best kept secret on the coast.
